BOOTY BARRE® with Lori and Lynn
Lynn and Lori, both certified Booty Barre® instructors, will guide you through a structured, easy-to-follow and fun, choreographed routine. The Booty Barre® is the genuine Booty Barre® experience, which alternates deep muscle-toning movements along with intervals of cardio techniques. The fluid, dance inspired, class is set to an upbeat music selection, to get your heart pumping. Great for all fitness levels!

This alignment based flow class, will make you feel stronger, grounded, calmer and energized. Learn how to feel strength without tension and tone your body safely, using your own weight and gravity as resistance. All levels welcome. Please bring your own yoga mat.

THE NIA TECHNIQUE with Meredith
Nia combines dance, martial arts and yoga to increase strength, flexibility and endurance. Empowering and fun, you will experience a total body conditioning class that will improve your strength, flexibility, agility, mobility and stability and leave you feeling balanced and uplifted. ZUMBA® Attention ACTIVE ADULTS! with Lisa
If the zip in Zumba is leaving you a step behind, join a class catering to those desiring to exercise to the rhythm of International and Latin music with some Broadway tunes and Line Dances added, for a slower paced, but effective cardio class. Lisa Panicali known for her high energy classes, will temper her tunes to provide a great workout along with a guaranteed fun time!

Classical and IMX moves are combined including the ring and the body bar. This class is designed to lengthen and strengthen the muscles.

BALLROOM, LATIN and SWING DANCING
Join Eileen Farrell, Certified Dance Instructor, as she presents a fun eight week introduction to Ballroom/Latin Dancing. The class will focus on the basics of the Foxtrot, Waltz, Tango, Rumba, Cha Cha, Swing, Salsa, Merengue, Bachatta and Hustle. (2 Left Feet Always Welcome)

IRISH STEP DANCE FOR CHILDREN
Patricia Murphy, ADCRG, has been teaching Irish step dancing to children at the Jersey shore for over 25 years. Through those years her students have been honored by two New Jersey governors for their cultural contribution to the state. They have danced at the New Jersey Arts Center, Carnegie Hall and have won International and regional titles in Irish dancing. Additionally, Mrs. Murphy holds a masters degree in education and is employed by the township of Ocean as a kindergarten teacher.

MEN'S 35 and over BASKETBALL LEAGUE
Men's 35 and over basketball league will start in October. Games will be played at Colts Neck High School through the winter months. Participants must be residents of Colts Neck Township. YOUNG MEN’S BASKETBALL FORMING
Based on the success of men's open basketball, we are forming young men's basketball. Open to an age group from 19 years old to 34, play will be every Tuesday and Friday, starting in October. The emphasis of this program is on the enjoyment of the game of basketball.
