YOUTH GYMNASTICS with Bonnie
Our Youth Gymnastics program is designed to introduce children to the basics of tumbling and the use of various gymnastic equipment, including the parallel bars, horse, and balance beam. Instruction for Kindergarten to 8th grade will be offered at both the beginner and intermediate levels. The program is under the direction of U.S.G.A. certified instructor Bonnie Starnes.

BALLROOM DANCE WITH EILEEN
Join Eileen Farrell, Certified Dance Instructor, as she presents eight weeks of Ballroom Dancing. The class will focus on the basics of the Foxtrot, Waltz, Tango, Rumba, Cha Cha, Swing, Samba, Bolero, Salsa, Merengue, Bachatta and Hustle.
Thursdays Jan. 8 – Feb. 26 6:30 – 7:30 p.m. $100 per couple/$50.00 single.
Couples preferred, but we will try to match up singles.
BOOTY BARRE® with Lynn and Lori
Lynn and Lori, are certified Booty Barre® instructors, will guide you through a structured, easy-to-follow and fun, choreographed routine. The Booty Barre® is the genuine Booty Barre® experience, which alternates deep muscle-toning movements along with intervals of cardio techniques. The fluid, dance inspired, class is set to an upbeat music selection, to get your heart pumping. Great for all fitness levels!

Join certified Pilates Instructor Lori Preziose who will lead you through classic Principles of Pilates with a modern, clinical perspective on the human body. This class is designed to improve strength, flexibility, balance and stability. Class is for all levels of fitness.

ZUMBA® Attention ACTIVE ADULTS! with Lisa
If the zip in Zumba is leaving you a step behind, join a class catering to those desiring to exercise to the rhythm of International and Latin music with some Broadway tunes and Line Dances added, for a slower paced, but effective cardio class. ZUMBA® with Lisa
If you are looking to burn calories and tone your body, this class is for you!! A one hour fitness party, taught by certified instructor Lisa Panicali. Using all types of motivating music, Latin, International and Top 40 hits, this class incorporates Cardio Interval Training with easy to follow dance styles and fitness techniques. Zumba is an optimal fitness choice.

MIX IT UP / SCULPT & SWEAT with Debbi
An hour of toning utilizing various weights, body bars, bands, mats and even the ballet barre. This workout is designed to target all major muscle groups.

MAT PILATES with Debbi
Classical and IMX moves are combined including the ring and bar. This class is designed to lengthen and strengthen the muscles.

Ballet barre technique, not only standing, but floor work as well. Utilizing a toning ball and 1lb dumbbells this workout lengthens and strengthens the muscles. Guaranteed to work muscles you didn't even know you have! Wednesday, Jan. 7 – April 1 10:05 – 11:05 a.m.
QUICK SPIN 30 with Debbi
This class is an all terrain ride for a challenging cardio workout. Gain strength on the hills and endurance on the flats. After, remain on your saddle to tone your arms, using 1lb dumbbells. Thur., Jan. 8 – April 2

SPIN 35/SCULPT with Debbi

YOGA with Meredith
This alignment based flow class will make you feel stronger, grounded, calmer and energized. Learn how to feel strength without tension and tone your body safely, using your own weight and gravity as resistance. All levels welcome. Please bring your own yoga mat. Thursday 9:15 - 10:30 a.m.

THE NIA TECHNIQUE with Meredith
Nia combines dance, martial arts and yoga to increase strength, flexibility and endurance. Empowering and fun, you will experience a total body conditioning class that will improve your strength, flexibility, agility, mobility and stability and leave you feeling balanced and uplifted. From a first time student, "My body felt engaged and challenged, fluid and relaxed." Classes are ongoing: Sundays with Meredith 8:30 - 9:30 a.m.

YOGA with Mary
Incorporating yoga poses and movements, create a balance in your body by developing strength and flexibility. Mary Lehmann, a popular yoga instructor, will guide you to a new level of health and fitness, while enhancing your peace of mind.

MEN'S 35 and over BASKETBALL LEAGUE
Men's 35 and over basketball league. Games will be played through the winter months. Participants must be residents of Colts Neck Township. The emphasis of the program is on fun and fitness. YOUNG MEN’S BASKETBALL
Based on the success of men's open basketball, we have formed a young men's basketball program. Open to an age group from 19 years old to 34, play will be every Tuesday and Friday. The emphasis of this program is on the enjoyment of the game of basketball.
