This class combines the best of Barre and Pilates! Lori’s unique style of combining the goals of Pilates and Barre will not disappoint. Pilate movements to lengthen and tone the muscles of the core without adding bulk, with Barre’s energy keeping exercises in quick succession will result in a strengthening hour long workout.
First class is free!!

THE NIA TECHNIQUE with Meredith
Nia is a multi-style cardio dance class that incorporates martial arts and yoga. Empowering and fun, you will experience a total body conditioning class that will improve your strength, flexibility, agility, mobility, stability and leave you feeling balanced and uplifted. A one hour cross-training experience for mind and body!
Sundays 8:30 - 9:30 a.m. with Meredith
$15 Drop In, 5 class card* $60, *for Sunday Nia and/or Thursday Yoga - expire two months from first use - transferrable - share with a friend!
Zumba needs at least 8-10 people committed for a class class.

ZUMBA® with Lisa Panicali & Patrick Comey
If you are looking to Burn Calories and Tone Your Body, this class is for you!! A one hour fitness party, taught by certified instructors Lisa Panicali and Patrick Comey. Zumba is an optimal fitness choice. Using all types of motivating music, Latin, International and Top 40 hits, this class incorporates Cardio Interval Training with easy to follow dance styles and fitness techniques. Lisa and Patrick will be alternating Monday night classes only. Lisa will be teaching all Wednesday classes. (No class 7/4)

If the zip in Zumba is leaving you a step behind, join a class catering to those desiring to exercise to the rhythm of International and Latin music with some Broadway tunes and Line Dances added, for a slower paced, but effective cardio class. Lisa Panicali known for her high energy classes, will temper her tunes to provide a great workout along with a guaranteed fun time! (No class 7/5)

LINE DANCING with Lisa Only 5 classes for summer session!
Calling all line dancers to a Line Dancing Party at Studio 14. Under the direction of Lisa Panicali, you will enjoy many different types of line dancing. The session with begin with basic line dances and increase to intermediate and advanced. A fun time for everyone. Country, Latin and top 40 music will keep you moving and motivated. No dance experience necessary, just come on over and join the line!!!!

An hour of toning utilizing various weights, body bars, bands, mats and even the ballet barre. This workout is designed to target all major muscle groups.

QUICKSPIN30 with Debbi
This class is an all terrain ride for challenging cardio workout. Gain strength on the hills and endurance on the flats.
Monday, 9:45 – 10:15 a.m.
MAT PILATES with Debbi
Classical and IMX moves are combined including the ring and the body bar. This class is designed to lengthen and strengthen the muscles.
Tuesday, 10:15 – 11:15 a.m.
BARRE with Debbi
Ballet barre technique, not only standing, but floor work as well. Utilizing a toning ball and 1lb dumbbells, this workout, tones, lengthens and strengthens the muscles. Guaranteed to work muscles you didn't even know you have!

SPIN30/SCULPT30 with Debbi
Thursdays, 7:30 - 8:30 a.m
SPIN 35/SCULPT with Debbi
This class combines a 35 minute spin (short but intense) with a sculpt workout. In one hour you will burn lots of calories and strengthen and lengthen your muscles. A great combo class.
