SUMMER DAY CAMP

 Summer Camp will be held June 29 - August 6, with many new events and trips added. Camp will be from 9:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. during the week, with no camp held on July 3.

Completed grades K-3 camp: Conover Road School

Completed grades 4-8 camp: Cedar Drive School. Fees: $495 for your first child, $485 for your second child, and $465 for the remainder of your immediate family. Full payment is required for the 6 week program, with the one exception being that pro-rating is honored, where Recreation and Parks sponsored programs, listed in this brochure under Summer Sports and Summer Education Camps, conflicts with your child's attendance at Summer Day camp. Trip schedules, trip permission slips and registration forms may be found on our website, cnrecparks.com. Payment for trips, along with completed permission slips, will only be accepted at each applicable camp. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS FOR PAID CAMP AND TRIPS.  Payment for camp enrollment is accepted via mail or in person at 14 Heyers Mill Road, Colts Neck, NJ.

  BOOTY BARRE® with Lori and Lynn

Lynn and Lori, both certified Booty Barre® instructors, will guide you through a structured, easy-to-follow and fun, choreographed routine. The Booty Barre® is the genuine Booty Barre® experience, which alternates deep muscle-toning movements along with intervals of cardio techniques. The fluid, dance inspired, class is set to an upbeat music selection, to get your heart pumping. Great for all fitness levels!  Summer Sizzle prices!

 YOGA with Meredith

Meredith's alignment based flow classes will make you feel stronger, grounded, calmer and energized.   Balance strength with ease and tone your body safely, using your own weight and gravity as resistance. Please bring your own yoga mat.

 Ongoing classes: Mixed Level - Every other Monday (alternates with Nia) 9:45-10:45am

Slow Flow - Tuesdays 6:00-7:00 pm Slow Flow - for beginners and those that want or need a slower practice

Mixed Level - Thursdays 9:15-10:30am

 THE NIA TECHNIQUE WITH MEREDITH

Nia is a cardio class that combines dance, martial arts and yoga.  Empowering and fun, you will experience a total body conditioning class that will improve your strength, flexibility, agility, mobility and stability and leave you feeling balanced and uplifted.  From a first time student, "My body felt engaged and challenged, fluid and worked out.”

 Mondays alternating with Yoga with Meredith 9:45 – 10:45 a.m.

 Tuesdays with Gabrielle   7:30 – 8:30 p.m.

 MIX IT UP / SCULPT & SWEAT with Debbi

An hour of toning utilizing various weights, body bars, bands, mats and even the ballet barre. This workout is designed to target all major muscle groups. Monday, June 29 – Aug. 31  8:30 – 9:30 a.m.  

 MAT PILATES with Debbi

Classical and IMX moves are combined including the ring and bar. This class is designed to lengthen and strengthen the muscles. Tues., June 30 – Aug. 25 10:15 – 11:00 a.m. 

 BARRE/LATES with Debbi

A combination of Barre and Pilates designed to challenge your muscles in many different ways. Get lean, flexible and strong in this unique, hour long class.  Wednesday, July 1 – Aug. 26  10:15 – 11:15 a.m. 

 QUICK SPIN 30 with Debbi

This class is an all terrain ride for a challenging cardio workout. Gain strength on the hills and endurance on the flats. After, remain on your saddle to tone your arms, using 1lb dumbbells. Thur., July 2 – August 27, 8:25 - 9:00 a.m.

SPIN 35/SCULPT with Debbi

This class combines a 35 minute spin (short but intense) with a sculpt workout. In one hour you will burn lots of calories and strengthen and lengthen your muscles. A great combo class.  Saturday, July 4 – Aug. 29, 8:30 – 9:30 a.m.

ZUMBA® with Lisa

If you are looking to Tone Your Body and Burn Calories, this class is for you!!  A one hour fitness party, taught by certified instructor Lisa Panicali, is an optimal fitness choice.  Using all types of motivating music, Latin, International and Top 40 hits, this class incorporates Cardio Interval Training with easy to follow dance styles and fitness techniques.
