Our Youth gymnastics program is designed to introduce children to the basics of tumbling and the use of various gymnastic equipment, including the parallel bars, ramps, and balance beam.  Instruction for Kindergarten to 8th grade will be offered at both the beginner and intermediate levels.  The program is under the direction of U.S.A.G. certified instructor Bonnie Starnes.

Lynn and Lori, both certified Booty Barre® instructors, will guide you through a structured, easy-to-follow and fun, choreographed routine. The Booty Barre® is the genuine Booty Barre® experience, which alternates deep muscle-toning movements along with intervals of cardio techniques. The fluid, dance inspired, class is set to an upbeat music selection, to get your heart pumping. Great for all fitness levels!

YOGA with Meredith

This alignment based flow class, will make you feel stronger, grounded, calmer and energized.   Learn how to feel strength without tension and tone your body safely, using your own weight and gravity as resistance.   All levels welcome.  Please bring your own yoga mat.

Join Eileen Farrell, Certified Dance Instructor, as she conducts a six week Introduction to Ballroom Dance.  The class will give focus to the basics of the Foxtrot, Waltz, Tango, Rumba, Cha Cha, Swing, Samba, Bolero, Salsa, Merengue, Bachata, and Hustle.  Couples preferred, but we will try to match up singles.

YOGA with Mary

Spin30/Sculpt 30

Ride for 30 minutes. Be prepared to sweat even though it's a shorter spin....very intense!    Then sculpt your body using a variety of weights, bands, and the mat for some floor work as well.

Spin 45/Arms

This class is an all terrain ride for a challenging cardio workout. Gain strength on the hills and endurance on the flat roads. After, remain on your saddle to tone your arms, using 1lb dumbbells.

Spin 30/Barre 30

This class combines a 30 minute spin (short but intense) with a 30 min. B-Fitt barre workout. In one hour you will burn lots of calories and strengthen and lengthen your muscles.  A great combo class.

Join our Line Dancing Party at Studio 14.  Lisa Panicali will be teaching many of the popular line dances such as The Electric Slide, Cupid Shuffle, Tennessee Twister, Mustang Sally and The Cleveland Shuffle and many others, including the popular country line dance, Good Time.  A line dance for all genres of music, country, Latin and top 40 hits. No dance experience necessary.  Just shuffle on over and form a line.

Under the direction of golf pro Mary Schneider of the Pebble Creek Golf Course, Colts Neck, learn techniques for developing or improving your golf game.  Lessons are designed for both beginners and experienced players. Registrants should bring their golf clubs. For those new to golf, wear sneakers, and golf clubs will be provided.

Awakenings Theatre Workshop


     Welcome to the world of theater where young potential actors can explore, create and be anything they want to be, in a non judgmental, fun filled environment.  Students will learn the basics of working on stage through the exploration of improvisational games, short scripts, monologues and dialogues.  They will gain confidence and discover the excitement that comes with being a performer.

     Classes, consisting of children from grades four to seven, meet once a week in the Conover Road Elementary School Cafetorium for one and a half hours.  The first forty-five minutes consist of warm-up exercises and various improvisation games.  In the latter portion of the class, students rehearse a short script and develop their own personal characters.  At the last class., there is a final performance that includes improvisations and a short play. 

There are ten classes per session, eleven if the students require additional rehearsal time, prior to the final performance.  Classes may begin after school anytime between 3:30 pm and 4:30 pm on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday. Please notify our office (732-780-6666) as to your interest, and the day and time that best suits your needs. Facilitator will be Enid Bush, licensed teacher in both New York and New Jersey

 $250 per student with a 20% discount for siblings



Based on the success of men's open basketball, we have formed young men's open basketball. Available to an age group from 19 years old to 34, this league will play every Tuesday and Friday, in April and will continue into June. The emphasis of this program is all about the enjoyment of the game of basketball.  Must be a Colts Neck Resident or a graduate of Colts Neck High School.
